having researched the market we reckon if you look at 100 recruitment websites, 99 of them will be the same.

OK maybe a different colour and possibly a different layout but they will all be formal, “professional” and almost certainly severely lacking in personality.

This is where we are different…..and its not just our website.

Being part of a larger group gives us plenty of advantages and although “action blue” was only born in 2007 it’s part of an already established brand that has been going for 7 years and learnt lots in that time.

We have learnt that all people want is “honesty” (and ideally a good job-Ed) and respect.
