Marc Kirsch (Managing Director)
Marc began his career in financial recruitment with Hays Accountancy and Finance in 1996. After 5 successful years and having reached a Senior Management position he branched out on his own to start Accountancy Action. Marc now oversees the Operational side of the business with his core focus on Accounting and maintaining a first rate IT infrastructure. Outside work he is mostly found following the fortunes (misfortunes) of his favourite football club at White Hart Lane.
Chris Truman (Company Manager)
Chris began his recruitment career with a major high street recruiter and was brought into the Action Group in 2004.
Having started working within our Finance Division and having overall responsibility for the Hertfordshire area, Chris was given the opportunity to head our start-up Office Support division and has never looked back. Chris has developed an excellent reputation and has developed a number of excellent relationships with blue chip and SME clients alike.
Chris enjoys playing tennis and, having been brought up in leafy Hertfordshire, is naturally an ardent Liverpool fan.
