Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £16,500
Experience:
- A bright and enthusiastic candidate with strong experience in customer service and administrative roles within the leisure, electronics and retail industries.
- Capable of reacting quickly and with initiative to customer requests and queries.
- Problem solving and complaint handling expertise.
- Confidently liaising with customers, suppliers, couriers and other members of staff to deliver an efficient and satisfactory level of Customer Service and Sales Administration.
- Experience of supervising and training new members of staff
- Excellent IT skills including use of MS office packages to produce reports
